So yeah I was unable to get the Samsung Moment I was planning on getting earlier mostly due to not wanting to pay $400 for a cell phone. I instead got the LG Rumor 2. It's a pretty neat phone with a nice big slide down qwerty keyboard. I never was really the biggest fan of twitter and other microblogging sites mostly because until now I really didn't have a good phone for it. Now with my new phone I decided to give Twitter, Facebook Mobile, and Identica a chance.

I have been wanting an android phone for a while. I also have been interested in getting a phone like Eva's LG Rumour. I like the nice big slide-out keyboard. Well yesterday I found out yesterday that on November 1st there is a phone that fits my wants coming out that will be on Sprint, which is the phone provider eva and I will be sharing. It also has a touch screen, I am pretty excited.

Everyone keeps trying to call meh! I hope no one thinks I'm ignoring them. Eric and I have no money so I can't answer the phone! You're best bet in reaching me: YIM - jade_spider_kasumi or Facebook me.

Of course, this is only for the next 2-3 weeks until we lose our internets, too, for having no money. :(

i really like the look of decoden'd mobile phones, but they're just... well... they're too over-the top. i like the elegant aspect to lolita as well as the sweet aspect, and not only do i not want a phone which makes my boyfriend's eyes bleed, but i want one that wouldn't look out of place with my more simple, everyday gothic lolita attire. so what i want is a little, beautiful, but subtle decoration, not a phone that weighs five pounds because it's so full of whipped cream and rhinestones and glitter and cupcakes and strawberries. i'm thinking that if i got a black plastic case of the type you put over your phone to protect it and make it a different color... i think they're called faceplates? the guy in the mall sells them, but they're not black. anyway, if i got a simple, black plastic shiny case that covered my mobile phone, i could glue a few things to it instead of straight to the phone in case i got tired of it, and i could use all black, white, and silver deco pieces.

yeah, i had my power shut off so i spent the three day vacation i got from work for independence day doing nothing but packing and then i slept my first night in the new place two days ago... i didn't have the kitty moved in yet and i've never actually lived by myself before and for the first time in my life i was actually really lonely... i didn't have many familiar things with me and the new place is small but has very high ceilings, which somehow makes it seem both clausterphobically small and depressingly remotely large at the same time...
