so i'm addicted to window shopping

I am totally addicted to window shopping and http://wists.com/verdancyhime this site supports that really well, without making me broke. i think it's the site i update the most, even more than my blogs, which is kinda sad. i think sometimes women have to satisfy their searching/gathering food instincts and their hunting instincts by shopping and finding good deals and exotic things no one has ever seen before. this is a good substitute for that, people steal your finds if their good enough, so you even have a status thing. plus it helps me remember what i want to buy when i DO get money. my favorites are handmade and vintage things, which take a bit of hunting to find what you want...
my best finds ever include a pair of earrings made out of the casings of iridescent beetles, black hairbows with orange slices on them for my fangirlish purposes,fine china with pretty calligraphy that says naughty words, and onsale used kimono on a kimono flea market site.

yes, i know this is pathetically consumerist. sorry.
